A Great Day at the Community Fair

The Wyoming Community Fair was held on 4th May at the Wyoming Public School. The Fair was a lot of hard work to organise but we received some wonderful feedback from local families. We received a grant from Gosford City Council and an extra donation from Dept. of Housing which allowed us put on some great entertainment, rides and food. Thanks must go to all our partners who helped out on the day, the staff at Wyoming Community Centre, Wyoming Public School, Wyoming Action Team, Dept. of Housing, Wyoming Youth Centre and the Wyoming Lions Club. We also received some great donations for prizes from local businesses. Our aim was to make the Fair affordable and lots of fun for all local famiilies and I believe we achieved this. Approximately 1300 people attended and the weather was perfect. Once again, our thanks to everyone who helped make the day a success.
